Covid-19 Protocol
Before your appointment:
The Salon is appointment only (no walk ins for now), please book your appointment via email or Treatwell until further notice.
If you feel unwell and have any symptoms of COVID19 please cancel your appointment immediately and rebook at a later stage.
Please try to arrive promptly for your appointment and wait outside, arriving too early or late could cause a crowd in the reception area, and could lead to therapists running behind. It could also result in your appointment having to be rescheduled.
We pride ourselves on the fact that we are a baby friendly salon, but at this crucial time, could we ask that you come alone to your appointment, if possible, to allow extra space and comfort.
We normally require every new client to come in for a skin test prior brow lamination appointment however at this we aren’t able to do any treatment on the face until the government announces the go ahead.
We ask if you can also bring a mask to wear throughout your appointment. If not we will ask you to purchase a mask from us on arrival for a small fee.
If you can not attend your appointment, can we please ask that you give as much notice as possible, as we have a very long list of clients that will be desperate to take the slot.
